These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the smoakdev.com website and all products sold through it. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Smoak Dev sells WordPress plugins as digital downloads. Each purchase grants you a license to use the plugin according to the tier you selected (Personal, Business, or Agency). License keys are delivered electronically after payment is processed.
Personal: Use on 1 WordPress site. Business: Use on up to 5 WordPress sites. Agency: Use on unlimited WordPress sites. All tiers include the full feature set. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin or your license key.
Personal licenses include 1 year of updates. Business and Agency licenses include lifetime updates. After your update period expires, the plugin continues to work but will no longer receive new versions. You may renew your license at a discounted rate to resume updates.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; use our products for any unlawful purpose; share, redistribute, or resell license keys; or attempt to circumvent the license verification system.
All Smoak Dev plugins, their source code, documentation, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Smoak Dev and are protected by copyright law. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not ownership of it.
All license tiers include access to developer support via email. We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Support covers installation assistance, bug reports, and general usage questions. Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting environment issues.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality, well-tested software, we do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress configuration or hosting environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoak Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We reserve the right to revoke a license if these Terms are violated, including but not limited to redistribution of our products, sharing license keys, or attempting to circumvent licensing. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
