If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Send an email to support@smoakdev.com with your order number or the email address used during purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer receive updates or support. You are expected to remove the plugin from any sites where it was installed.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to involve abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
